Epson has an ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, predominantly exampled in their 2050 Vision: the target is a 90% reduction of CO2 emissions across the lifecycle of all products and services. Epson Australia has also obtained notable awards and recognition including 3-time finalist status for the 10 Year Sustainability Life Award at the Gold Green Globe Awards. Epson are currently working toward improving Sustainable Packaging Guidelines and increasing the recycling loop and recyclable materials.
Brother Australia maintain environmental impact is a prime consideration at every stage of the product’s lifecycle from design, development, manufacturing, customer usage, and disposal, to reuse and recycling. Brother also retains a long-term partnership with Earthwatch Australia to facilitate critical conservation efforts focused on Climate Change and Sustainable Resource Management. Brother directly supports ocean research being conducted by Earthwatch into Climate Change in the Southern Great Barrier Reef and Ningaloo Coast.
