The promoter is Document Solutions Australia Pty Ltd ABN 57 096 914 108 of 19 Brolga Avenue, Southport, QLD 4215. For the purpose of these terms and conditions of offer, Document Solutions Australia Pty Ltd will be referred to as DSA from here on. By participating in this promotion you accept these terms and conditions.
1. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). 2. Upon accepting this offer you will be charged for your colour prints at a rate of 1c plus GST per colour print for up to 5,000 prints per month for the first six (6) months of your contract. Any number of colour prints that exceed the 5,000 1c colour print allocation will be charged at the rate agreed upon in your contract. 3. The allocated amount of 5,000 1c colour prints per month does not accumulate month-to-month. If you do not use the entire 5,000 1c colour print allocation within the month, the remainder will not carry over to the next month. 4. At the end of your six (6) month 1c colour print promotional period, any colour prints you do will be charged at the rate agreed upon in your contract. 5. This offer is available to the first ten (10) Konica Minolta C250i devices to be purchased, rented, or leased through DSA. 6. This offer cannot be applied to a different device. 7. This offer is available to new customers only and is not available to existing DSA customers. 8. This offer is not available to Government and National Major Account clients. 9. This offer cannot be applied to previous purchases. 10. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special, discount, or promotional offer.
