Exclusive Interview with Craig McHenry

Craig McHenry
Operations Manager

Craig started with Konica Gold Coast in 1991 as a green trainee and has worked his way up to his
current position responsible for the efficient and effective running of the Service business within the
Company. Craig is well respected by his team and has been ‘the man in charge’ since 2000. Craig is
also the best cyclist in the Company!

Q. Tell me a little about your personal life – are you married, children? Etc

Craig: Married to the most Beautiful and Amazing Woman (Deborah), 3 Children, our beautiful Daughter
Sharr (22), and our two great Boys, Tim (19) and Tanna (15). Lived on the Gold Coast for the 30 years,
and what a great place it is.

Q. How did you become an Operations Manager?

Craig: I started with Konica 22 Years ago as a Trainee Technician, as year’s pass and things progress I
have moved into the role of Operations Manager and love it, as I work with a fantastic group of people
that makes my Job more enjoyable.

Q. How would you describe yourself in 3 words?

Craig: Honest – Hard working – Loyal.

Q. What is something about you that nobody here at Docsol knows?

Craig: That I was in a commercial for Konica Japan when we were just Konica (I know how long have I
been here).

Q. What is the best thing since sliced bread?

Craig: My Family, Friends and my Bike.

Q. What is the best trip you have taken – where and why?

Craig: Every Trip, any Holiday is a good one, we do Love Thailand, the people are amazing, the other
places are the Whitsundays and Lady Elliott.

Q. If you won 1 million dollars, how would you spend it?

Craig: Diamonds for my wife, pay off the mortgage and help family and friends.

Q. Name five famous people (dead or alive) that you would invite to your dinner party.

Craig: Lance Armstrong- Billy Connolly- Bono(U2) Jen Hawkins and Daniel Craig.

Q. Are you a dog or cat person?

Craig: Both.

Q. If money and time was not an obstacle, what would you do with your life?

Craig: Charity work, Tour De France every year, ride my bike a lot more and play Golf, spoil all my
Friends and Family.
