You will need your Machine ID. This can be found on a DocSol sticker on your machine, generally located below the touch panel.
If you can't find your Machine ID or are unable to order online, you can reach us at service@docsol.com.au or 1300 307 385.
If you've had a toner spill, call us immediately on 1300 307 385.
DO NOT VACCUM. DO NOT USE HEAT. We have got the fancy tools, leave it to us.
Whilst non-toxic, toner contains heavy-duty ingredients that can be harmful if inhaled, plus chemicals and dyes which can be difficult to remove from your skin and surrounding surfaces.
We use your Machine ID to identify the model of your copier. This info allows us to process the correct toner for that model.
You don't need to quote any names or codes of the toner itself.

Quick help instructions for service matters with your machine.
Your Machine ID will be located on a DocSol sticker on your machine. This sticker is generally located on the front of your machine below the touch panel.
If you have an older machine, the sticker may instead be located on the glass where you scan and copy your documents.
This sticker will look like either of these:
If you are having difficulty finding your Machine ID, please give our Service Team a call directly on 1300 307 385.
Submit your service request via our online form which goes straight to our Service Team. You will receive an emailed copy of your service request for your reference.
